Given the personal nature of each piece we create, all completed orders are non refundable unless the item you receive does not match the item you ordered.
For this reason we do ask when filling out your forms you give as much detail as possible as to how you would like your finished piece to look. 

We cannot be held responsible for colour differences, if you receive your order and the colour is a bit different to what you thought then we cannot be held responsible for this due to screen resolutions and colour differences, however if you asked for a pink heart and you received a blue heart (which has never happened) then you would be entitled to a refund or correction whichever you choose. 

Likewise, if you ask for ashes to be visible/encased, or ask for a bit of sparkle which you later regret, we cannot be held responsible. So please please do your research before hand, have a look at the options available, take a look at our galleries, and fill out the form with as much information as possible, and should you still be unsure, we are always here to advise.
