Who can use Klarna?

To be eligible to use Klarna you must:-

 

  • Be a UK resident
     

  • Be at least 18
     

  • Have a valid card/bank account
     

  • Be able to receive verification codes via text

In some cases, you may be able to reschedule your payment. This can be done through the Klarna app or by contacting Klarna customer support. Options may depend on your payment plan and account status.

How do I check my Klarna payment schedule?

You can view your payment schedule anytime through the Klarna app or website. Your account shows upcoming payments, due dates, and amounts, so you can stay on top of your payments.

How do I report a return?

Please follow Klarna’s                                   in order to receive support and get your payment paused. If you report a return, Klarna Buyer Protection promises to hold your payment for 21 days. These 21 days are to ensure that the store has enough time to process your return.

What if something goes wrong?
