How do I get my inclusions to you?
Your inclusions can either be posted directly by yourself (address is sent following completed order.
A collection pack can be sent out with a prepaid return envelope or you can drop off. Drop off is to the CF24 area, and full postcode will be given following completed order.
What if I don't have any ashes? What other inclusions work?
The most common inclusions are Ashes, Hair, pet fur or horses hair, Breastmilk, Baby teeth & pet teeth are becoming popular, clothing/fibres, Grave soil, sand, If you have something in mind which you cannot see listed, please contact us as there are lots of other materials that will work.
How much inclusions do you need?
A teaspoon of ashes per order (preferably containing the larger white fragments) especially if visible ashes are wanted for your finished result. This will be the same amount for anything of similarity ie, grave soil, sand etc.
A pinch of hair/fur
At least 2ml of breastmilk (ideally best to just send in your breastmilk pouch (although any left overs of breastmilk will not be returned) so if it is your last, it is recommended the decant into something smaller.
For clothing around a 50p piece size will do, although if you want a varied look then you can add more from different items of clothing or different parts of the clothing.
Is the Jewellery real?
All jewellery is either 925 stirling silver or 9ct Gold depending on request.
What if I don't know my ring size?
If you don't know your ring size we can send you a collection pack which contains a ring sizer, collection pot, scoop and return postage to us, and postage back of your items. Alternatively you could pop into a jewellers and they can measure your finger for you.
If you are measuring yourself, please make sure you write down the size on your form before removing the ring sizer as sometimes it ring sizer will adjust when removing. Please note that Mumma Bears Cherished Memories cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect measurements given or make any amendments for any incorrect measurements so please please measure correctly and note it down appropriately.
What happens to any left over inclusions?
Any remainder unused inclusions will all be sent back to you with your order. Sometimes when possible I may use a tiny amount in a complementary gift, but would never do that if it would use up the last of your inclusions.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do gift vouchers, these can be purchased online for any amount starting at £15 (This can be used against any of your products)
Are the charms pandora?
Although the charms are not actually Pandora, they are 925 Stirling silver and are compatible with pandora and most known brands,
How long will my order take?
These times can vary depending on work load but at my end I always strive to get orders done asap as I know how hard that wait is. Items that are in stock can be as little as 2 days from me receiving your inclusions. I only stock a small amount of jewellery that doesn't need to be sized, so if you are in urgent need please contact me to find out which stock is available immediately.
During normal periods (not including Christmas) normal turn around is within 3 weeks, although most are completely and sent back withing the first initial week. Please note that some designs including most gold items are made to order from the supplier and can take 6 weeks before i receive them myself.
Can you explain postage?
If you have requested a collection pack these are sent out via Royal Mail.
In the collection pack there is a jiffy bag with a return label on it for you to send your inclusions back to us. This return label is Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' which is 24hrs Tracked and signed for, and insured for up to £150. This will ensure I receive your inclusions the day after you post them (please not that you do need to go to the post office to sent the prepaid envelope back to us to activate the tracking)
We also send back your items via Royal Mail 24hrs tracked and signed for and insured for up to £150. Again you will receive this the day after we have posted.
What if my piece of memorial jewellery is faulty?
We quality check and photograph all jewellery once the item is finished being made, directly before packing ready for postage. However, if you do notice a fault then please do contact us via email, we are always ready to help.
Can I include inclusions from more then 1 person?
Yes, of course. This is a lovely idea for someone that may have lost both parents. Some of our jewellery have two chambers with this idea in mind. Just make sure that both ashes/hair are labelled, and the form is correctly filled out so we know which ashes/hair to use with which colour resin etc.
Can you send my order to a different address?
Absolutely, we can post to any UK location you wish. Just let us know accordingly.
