Our ordering process...

Our aim is to make this process as simple for you as possible, so the hardest part will be deciding what jewellery would suit you best.
Step 1:
Find an item that you love. Place order.

OPTION 1:
Ensure you inclusion items are wrapped appropriately and sealed, then post them to us yourself. Address will be provided after order is complete.
OPTION 2:
After placing order and purchasing a collection pack, you will receive your inclusions collection pack in the post. This pack will contain everything you need, including a small scoop, a screw seal pot, along with a ring sizer if you have ordered a ring, Instructions and also a form for you to fill out regarding the finishing look of your item.
Step 3:
Post the ashes back to us in our prepaid envelope provided and once we receive them back we will start creating your jewellery. Please note that although the envelope is prepaid it does need to be sent via post office for it to be special delivery and activate the tracking. With is being special delivery your inclusions are very safe, with end to end tracking. Also fully insured.
Step 4:
Your beautiful keepsake jewellery is on its way to you, also with any unused inclusions.
Postage back is also special delivery 24 hours tracked, signed for and insured.
Apart from the collection packs being sent out, all postage we use and would recommend is Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' Which is 24hours, Tracked and signed for, and insured for upto £750, If a higher insurance amount is needed ie, for multiple purchases in one order postage prices can be increased to accommodate this.

We welcome anyone who would like to drop off Ashes, Hair, Breastmilk fur or any other form of inclusions.
In this instance, you can email to arrange date and time of drop off and for me to give you address details, and can either pay online or cash when you arrive.
On arrival Fill out our short form advising on the finished look of your bespoke jewellery.
We will then get in touch with you to let you know when your jewellery and loved ones remains are ready to be collected.
Please note that breastmilk does need to be frozen to preserve, taken out of the freezer just before dropping off or posting, and if posting yourself please post via special delivery 24hours tracked and signed for so we are guaranteed to receive them the next day before any spoiling.

UK Delivery & Delivery service provider
We currently only post to the UK, the current cost for this is £9.75 via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is 24 hours tracked, signed for and insured up to £750.
Our general turn around for Jewellery and bears is up to 3 weeks. We know how hard it is to be parted with your loved ones or there possessions so we strive to get your orders completed and out to you as soon as possible without rushing and compromising on quality. Photo Gift turn around times are dispatched within 3 working days. it is generally a lot sooner than the time frame stated.
During busier periods if this time frame changes it will be clearly noted on website for you to see before purchasing.
Jewellery and Memory clothing items & Photo gifts
Collection Kits for ashes/inclusions
If you choose to have a collection kit sent to you it will be dispatched within one business day. Please allow up to five business days for its delivery. Full instructions on how to supply ashes or hair is provided within this kit. These kits can fit through the letter box and doesn't require a signature.
Custom Jewellery Orders
As the custom orders are made to order, we instruct our casting house to start production upon order placement. This means we can only provide an estimated dispatch timeframe of 3–10 weeks from date of purchase. We still advise for all ashes/inclusions to be sent out after purchase so when the jewellery does arrive we can create straight away to avoid any longer wait times, and also because sometimes they do even arrive before the 3 weeks.
Gold Jewellery
All our gold jewellery designs are made to order, we instruct our casting house to start production upon order placement. We still advise for all ashes/inclusions to be sent out after purchase so when the jewellery does arrive we can create straight away to avoid any longer wait times, and also because sometimes they do even arrive before the 3 weeks. The completed order will be dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked ID Verification service.
Please note that the individual named on the delivery address at the time of ordering is required to show valid, in date Photo ID to accept delivery of Gold Jewellery.
This also applies if you're collecting it from your local Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch.
