This is totally fine, we love how this can be done.
There are a lot of designs available which cater for this, and have a number of difference bezels/chambers. This is perfect if you would like to keep the ashes/inclusions separate and possibly have different colours for each one. However, sometimes your desired piece may not have this and many ashes/inclusions can be placed into one bezel/chamber. 

Posting:  If you are posting your ashes/inclusions directly to us yourself then there are a few things you need to consider
*  If you chosen piece of jewellery has one bezel/chamber and you are combining the inclusions then just pop them in something you can fully seal. 
* If your chosen piece has more than 1 bezel/chamber and you would like to keep them separately then please seal them in something separate, and label each one accordingly, and then in the 'Special Details' please advise us on what name with what colours, and in what chamber of the bezel.
Alternatively if you are purchasing a collection pack then please select 'additional pot' from the drop down menu when adding the the collection pack to cart, or you also have the option to add the collection pack on when purchasing your item, and again select an extra pot from there if needed.

We can use many different types of inclusions. Some popular inclusions include Ashes, Hair, Fur, Breastmilk, Teeth, Grave soil, Sand, Clothing. 
Please not that the finish would be different with all. 
Ashes u can have hidden or visible.
Hair can be hidden or visible (please note that some finer and light hair may turn see through when mixed with resin so may not be as visible as you would like). Same with fur.
Breast milk is obviously mixed in with the colour asked for. 
Teeth will be broken up to smaller fragments and can be hidden or visible.
Grave dirt/Sand can be hidden or visible but if they are visible on top then this would change/hide your desired colour.
Clothing would be set at the bottom with protective clear layers on top so would be fully visible.
All effects for added sparkle can be used with all inclusion processes.

Breastmilk does not need an inclusion pack and needs to be frozen first. When ready to post take out of the freezer and post as soon as you can, via Royal Mail Special Delivery so we will receive it the next day.

All our jewellery comes standard in a Mumma Bears Cherished Memories branded plastic jewellery box, alternatively we do offer a luxury Mumma Bears Cherished Memories branded velour jewellery box at an extra cost. If you would rather upgrade to this box then please select this from the drop down menu when selecting your jewellery preferences.
Each box with contain a QR code to scan to help you look after your precious items.

When sending your inclusions to us, we always recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is guaranteed next day before 1pm and tracked and fully insured for up to £750.
We also use Royal Mail Special Delivery when sending your order out to you. 
*Please note that for it to be guaranteed next day delivery there will be a set time it needs to be in your post office by, if it is past that time then it will be the following day by 1pm*

When purchasing our inclusion collection kit this will be sent out within 1 working day via Royal Mail. When using our pre paid jiffy envelope to send back your inclusions, you do need to post this via post office and not post box to activate the special delivery and tracking, and does need to be posted within 7 days.

We strive to get orders completed promptly so you can be reunited with your loved one. For this reason we aim to have your completed orders back to you within 7days, and sometimes is sooner than that, but can also be up to 14 days at busier times.

Given the personal nature of all our items, and that every piece is made to order with your inclusions, we do not accept refunds or returns on any completed orders. Please ensure you have correctly chosen and designed your piece like you want, and have chosen correct size where appropriate.
Should you be dissatisfied with your order please contact us on the day of delivery. If there is an error on our part or the item it faulty then we will do our best to resolve any issues.  All jewellery made is quality checked and photographed before being packed and posted.

All items are handmade and your loved ones ashes are encapsulated within a jewellery grade - high quality resin which we have imported. This resin is very hard wearing, high gloss finish, and scratch resistant However this doesn't mean that the resin cannot get damaged or scratched but it is harder wearing that some normal resins. When you receive your items there will be a QR code to scan which will tell you how to look after your jewellery, and you can also find this info on our website under 'aftercare'

Due to the personal nature of each item, no two items would be exactly the same, but can be as close as possible.

Our jewellery is sourced from a few different suppliers but they all use high quality 925 sterling silver and Cubic Zirconia crystals.
We always quality control and check all items upon sending out. Due to no fault of the supplier or myself, just like any other jewellery these stones can unfortunately fall out. 

Due to screen resolutions and lighting colour variations may occur.  I never understood this until making this website and using 3 different devices and my colour swatches looking different on each device.

Due to the handcrafted nature of these designs some resin may not sit perfectly flush with the surface of the ring, a gentle dome effect is natural and not considered a flaw.
